In “South Park,” fans get surprising new impressions from Vice City–the animated series shows real gameplay scenes from “Grand Theft Auto 6.” The focus is initially on an unremarkable beach visit that quickly turns quite unsavory. This offers another unusual glimpse into the highly anticipated gangster game, set to release on November 19, 2026.
The scenes are part of the episode “Guinea Pig On A Stick,” which aired on October 28 in the U.S. on Comedy Central. In it, a woman shows Cartman, Stan, and other characters a video of the game. She is enthusiastic about the graphics and the possibilities available to players in the virtual world.

The beach of Vice City, a fictional city from the game, is shown. A man is picking up his dog’s waste. Main character Jason initially throws an ice cream at him. As the dog owner approaches, Jason grabs the waste bag on the ground and hits him on the head with it.

Rockstar Games Allowed the Footage for “South Park”
The fact that actual material from “GTA 6” is shown in the series is confirmed by the credits. “South Park” thanks Rockstar Games there. The developer has thus approved the use of the game scenes.
At the same time, “South Park” ties into a recurring gag from earlier episodes. At the start of the season, characters complained about the situation in the country and associated the release of “GTA 6” with hopes for better times.
“GTA 6” Also Plays a Role in Further Episodes
Later, the series revisited the topic. In another episode, power outages caused a bad mood. The residents wondered if they could save their progress while playing the game.
Fans will have to wait until the planned release. According to Rockstar Games, “GTA 6” will be available on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
