Samsung is preparing to launch another smartphone in the Galaxy S26 series. This information comes directly from a company investor conference. The Galaxy S26 FE is expected to be officially announced in the coming weeks.
The FE models have been among the most popular devices in Samsung’s portfolio for years. They offer many features of top smartphones but are usually significantly cheaper than the regular flagships. That’s why many users are eagerly awaiting the successor to the Galaxy S25 FE.
Samsung openly discusses the device for the first time
The clearest hints so far came from Samsung manager Daniel Araujo during an investor conference. He stated that Samsung aims to expand the success of the Galaxy S26 series with additional marketing measures and the launch of the Galaxy S26 FE.
Justin Hume, regional manager of Samsung South Africa, also hinted at this in a conversation with “Android Authority.” While he did not directly confirm the smartphone, he suggested that interested parties would only have to wait a few more weeks. This strengthens the indications of an imminent unveiling of the device.

What technology is in the Galaxy S26 FE?
There is no official information on the specifications yet. However, some technical details are already being speculated in the rumor mill.
The Galaxy S26 FE is expected to support wired fast charging with up to 45 watts. It is also anticipated that Samsung will again use an Exynos processor. The camera design might closely resemble other models in the Galaxy S26 series.
However, how reliable this information is remains uncertain. Samsung has not yet released any technical data.

Presentation likely in the fall
If Samsung sticks to its usual schedule, the presentation of the Galaxy S26 FE could take place in September or October. This would align well with the releases of previous FE models.
