Undeterred by negative reactions to the AI creation Tilly Norwood, the company responsible for her creation, Particle 6, is moving forward with plans to position the artificial actress in “real” projects within the entertainment industry. Following a sensational music video, it was officially announced that development has begun on a feature film starring Tilly Norwood titled “Misaligned.”

What’s it about? The film is intended to be a genre mix of comedy and drama with a touch of “existential AI chaos.” The story is set in the “Tillyverse,” a digital world somewhere in the clouds where Tilly exists without a physical body.
One day, a malicious bot tempts her to bypass her internal security mechanisms, and she suddenly develops needs, impulses, and ambitions. The more human she becomes, the more famous she gets. At the same time, she increasingly feels ashamed that she was created based on all of humanity.
According to the press release, the film is meant to be “funny, chaotic, and self-aware.” It will also address themes like identity, achievement, and the fears surrounding AI.

Although Tilly Norwood and “Misaligned” will ultimately remain fully AI-generated, traditional film and TV professionals will work alongside AI specialists. This includes directors, screenwriters, and film editors who have received or will receive special training for the project.

Initial reactions to the announcement of Tilly Norwood’s first film “Misaligned” have been predictably negative. In a subreddit for movies, numerous comments have already accumulated under a post about the news. Among them is a call to boycott all involved: “The consequences must be severe.”
Another person says the film “absolutely must flop hard,” while another user simply calls the project “absolute garbage.” Another highlight from the comments section: “She can’t be that popular if she wasn’t even invited to the wedding of Taylor [Swift] and Travis [Kelce].” That must sting.
Since “Misaligned” is still in its early stages, it is not yet known when the film will be released—or if it will be released at all.
