To mark Apple’s 50th anniversary, the refinement company Caviar is launching a special version of the iPhone 17 Pro. The company is known for enhancing existing devices visually and adding unusual elements. With the new special edition named iPhone 2007, Caviar revisits the history of the first iPhone, deliberately incorporating nostalgic details.
The first iPhone is considered a pivotal moment for the tech industry. The introduction of a touchscreen mobile phone marked the beginning of the development of modern smartphones, which are now widespread. This special edition aims to highlight the origins of the iPhone.
A Piece of Original Technology in the Case
Inside the modified iPhone 17 Pro is a unique feature. Caviar incorporates a small part of the mainboard from the first iPhone. This component is integrated into the Apple logo on the back, which is designed to be transparent so the element remains visible.

The rest of the design also draws inspiration from the original iPhone. The back is silver at the top and black at the bottom. Additionally, Steve Jobs’ signature is engraved in the lower section. The silver area also features technical components from the first iPhone.
The manufacturer has previously used unusual materials, such as fabric pieces from a turtleneck sweater worn by Steve Jobs. With the current version, Caviar remains true to its style, focusing on striking design ideas.
High Price and Significant Limitations
The special edition is strictly limited. Only eleven devices are available, each numbered. The serial numbers range from 01 to 11 and are engraved in the titanium frame. Buyers can choose between the iPhone 17 Pro and the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
The price is significantly higher than that of regular models. Depending on the configuration, it ranges from $10,770 to $12,700, which currently (as of April 17, 2026) corresponds to approximately 9,127 to 10,762 euros. This makes the offer appealing to a small target audience.
