A potential error on a Samsung website may have prematurely revealed numerous details about the upcoming Galaxy A27. Reportedly, not only technical specifications but also images and prices of the smartphone were briefly available online. An official unveiling of the device has yet to occur.
Product Page Apparently Published by Mistake
According to the online magazine “Giga,” a complete product page for the Galaxy A27 briefly appeared on the official Samsung website in the Czech Republic. Technical specifications, product images, and pricing information were reportedly visible. Although the page was quickly removed, the content had already spread across the internet.
The hints about the Galaxy A27 are not entirely new. The model previously appeared on a Samsung website in Brazil. At that time, however, only the model designation was known. Details about the features were not available then.
These Features Are Expected for the Galaxy A27
According to the released information, the smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 hertz. On the front, an updated “Infinity-O” cutout for the camera is expected.
On the back, a triple camera is planned, according to the leak. This includes a main sensor with 50 megapixels, an ultra-wide-angle camera with 5 megapixels, and a macro lens with 2 megapixels. Video recording in 4K resolution is said to be possible.
The processor is expected to be a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3. It will be accompanied by 6 gigabytes of RAM and either 128 or 256 gigabytes of internal storage, depending on the variant. Pre-installed are Android 16 and Samsung’s One UI 8.5.

Additionally, the Galaxy A27 is expected to receive Android and security updates for six years. Other features include 5G, LTE, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and a USB-C port.
DeX Support and Higher Prices
One of the most notable new features, according to the accidental release, is the support for Samsung DeX. This allows the smartphone to be used like a desktop PC. Within the Galaxy A series, the A27 would be only the second model with this function, following the A90 5G.
The change in water protection is less positive. The previous standard IP67 is to be replaced by IP64. This maintains protection against splashes, but immersion in water is no longer covered.
There are also expected changes in pricing. The version with 128 gigabytes of storage is expected to cost 349 euros. The variant with 256 gigabytes is said to be priced at 439 euros. For comparison, the Galaxy A26 with 128 gigabytes currently costs around 300 euros.
According to the released information, the Galaxy A27 will be available in black, blue, light green, and pink. Samsung has not yet commented on the details. A date for the official unveiling of the smartphone is also not yet known.
