Aldi Süd is introducing a unified customer account for several of its services. This affects users of Aldi Reisen, Aldi Foto, and the Aldi TesterClub, among others. They will receive an email prompting them to set a new password. The previously registered email address will remain unchanged. Customers with a separate Aldi Süd account do not need to take any action.

With this change, Aldi Süd is consolidating the login process for multiple services. Access to Aldi Reisen, Aldi Foto, and the Aldi TesterClub will now be centralized through the company’s website. This also affects former customer accounts of the Aldi online shop, which the company closed on September 30, 2024.

Aldi Süd informs via email

Affected customers will be informed via email in the coming days about the necessary change. In the message, Aldi Süd will ask them to set a new password for their account. The email address previously used can still be used for login.

After setting up the new password, the customer account can be used as usual. The previous login will no longer work with the change. Therefore, customers will need the newly set password for future access.

If the announced message is not found in the regular inbox, customers should also check the spam folder. Aldi Süd points out that the email may have been automatically placed there.

Existing Aldi Süd accounts are not affected

Customers who already have a separate customer account with Aldi Süd do not need to change their login details. The current password remains valid in this case. Any message received about the change can be ignored.

Through the central account, users can edit their personal data and stated interests. Settings for subscribed newsletters are also available there. Additionally, a shopping list can be maintained, which can be used across devices on the internet and in the app.

The unified access will also include Aldi Reisen in the future. After logging in, customers can access and manage their travel bookings there. The travel offerings will thus be accessible through the same central login as the other integrated services.
