Airbnb reports from the U.S. that the new feature significantly increased booking speed after its launch in summer 2025. In the fourth quarter, significantly more bookings were registered than in the third. Many vacationers in Germany also see advantages in flexible payment models.
A survey among travelers shows that 45 percent consider flexible payment options important, and nearly half already use such offers. 35 percent have missed a booking because of coordination problems within the travel group. The new option can reduce such hurdles and facilitate bookings.
