Did you know? The iPhone headphones can do more than just play music: With a few tricks, you can use them to control various functions in streaming apps, calls, or photos. TECHBOOK presents 15 secret tricks.
When you buy a new iPhone, you also get a pair of white headphones. While their sound quality is average, Apple has included some nice additional features that aren’t immediately obvious and make using the smartphone easier.
Music App and Spotify
– To pause or play a song, press the middle button once
– To play the next song, such as in a playlist, press the middle button twice
– To go back to the beginning of the song or play the previous track, press the middle button three times
– To fast forward the song, click the middle button twice and hold it
– To rewind the song, click the middle button three times and hold it

Calls
– The headphones have a built-in microphone, so you can make calls with the iPhone without taking it out of your pocket
– To answer an incoming call, press the middle button once
– To hang up, press the middle button once
– To ignore a call, press and hold the middle button for about 2 seconds
– To put a call on hold, such as when a second call comes in, press the middle button once
– To switch between callers, press the middle button again
– To end a call and automatically switch to the second one, press and hold the middle button for 2 seconds
– To ignore a second incoming call, press and hold the middle button for 2 seconds
