Johnny Knoxville has announced the return of the Jackass series to theaters in June 2026. Details about the cast are still open, with only Knoxville confirmed so far.
Johnny Knoxville will return to the big screen with a new film project. “Jackass 5” is set to hit U.S. theaters this summer, as confirmed by the magazine “Variety.” The wild comedy series, which began as a TV show on MTV, is produced by Paramount Pictures.
Instagram Post Announces “Jackass 5”
In an Instagram post, Johnny Knoxville, along with the production company Gorilla Flicks, confirmed the theatrical release. The post declares: “Well, damn it all—we’re kicking off the year with a bang. We wanted to let you know that ‘Jackass’ is back this summer!! See you in theaters on June 26.” This new film comes four years after “Jackass Forever.”
The new film is produced by Paramount and will likely later stream on Paramount+. Currently, several parts of the wild stunt series are available there.
The post is generating excitement among fans of the series, as Knoxville is known for his spectacular stunts. In the past, he performed risky actions such as jumping over a bull, while his co-star “Danger Ehren” faced off with a bear.
Cast of the New Film
