Vorwerk is expanding its Thermomix ecosystem with new AI features. In addition to an intelligent cooking assistant, users will receive a translation function for international recipes and new language options on the TM7.
AI to Simplify Recipe Search on Cookidoo
Vorwerk is further expanding its digital recipe platform, Cookidoo, by integrating an AI-based assistant for the first time. The so-called “Cookidoo Assistant” is designed to help users find suitable dishes more quickly and answer cooking-related questions.
The new feature understands naturally phrased queries. For example, those looking for recipes with specific ingredients, ideas for a family meal, or dishes for special diets can enter their requests directly. The AI is also intended to assist with meal planning. The rollout of the feature began on September 21, 2026, and is being made available to users gradually.
Translate International Recipes at the Push of a Button
In addition to the AI assistant, Vorwerk is introducing another innovation for Cookidoo: selected international recipes can now be automatically translated into other languages. This allows users to read and cook dishes from various countries in their preferred language.

Initially, the translation function is available only for certain recipes and selected languages. However, the company plans to continuously expand the offering. The goal is to include more recipes and additional language versions in the future. With this, Vorwerk aims to simplify access to international recipes and make the platform more user-friendly.
