DKB has released an update to its app, available for both iOS and Android. The focus is on enhanced features for instant transfers and improved display of financial products.
With the update to version 2.47, DKB customers can now edit scheduled instant transfers in the “Orders” section. This change significantly simplifies handling recurring or prepared payments, as users no longer need to create new transfers from scratch if individual details change. Adjustments can be made directly within the existing order, making the process more efficient overall.
Especially for last-minute changes to payment details, the new feature offers more flexibility. Users maintain control over already scheduled transactions without needing additional steps.
Expansion of Financial Overview in the DKB App
DKB has also revamped the display of personal financial products within the app. The modernization loan is now listed in the “Products” section and is directly visible in the portfolio overview. This allows users to see their financial products collectively and clearly in one place within the app.
With this adjustment, DKB aims to increase transparency within the application. The consolidated display allows users to quickly grasp and better categorize various financial products. This is particularly beneficial for users managing multiple offerings simultaneously and needing a quick overview.
Further Optimizations and Adjustments
In addition to functional enhancements, the update includes several minor improvements. For instance, the on-screen keyboard now closes automatically after entries, making the app’s workflow smoother. Additionally, the bank has adjusted user navigation in certain areas to make recurring processes clearer and more comprehensible.
Furthermore, the update includes bug fixes and technical adjustments for both operating systems. The stability of individual functions has also been increased, particularly in the “Orders” section, which is now expected to respond more reliably.
The update is now available for Android smartphones and iOS devices for download, bringing numerous improvements behind the scenes that support the overall use of the app in addition to the visible new features.
