Klarna is currently informing existing users via email about the upcoming change. Those who wish to continue using the credit card will need a paid subscription. The cheapest package is called “Klarna Everywhere” and costs 4.99 euros monthly or 59.88 euros annually.
The adjustment is not entirely unexpected. As early as the terms published at the end of August 2026, the company announced that a paid membership would be required for the use of the credit function.
