The mind behind the project “As If Nothing Happened” is Turkish photographer and artist Alper Yesiltas. Through his Instagram channel, he showcases photos of famous deceased individuals. AI Art–Impressive and Frightening

Viewing the images inevitably creates the wish that these people had the chance to see themselves this way. Despite AI, all portraits do not appear artificial but very realistic. Or consider deepfake videos, where politicians give speeches that never happened.
