Knife, charger, and emergency hammer in one–the Ztylus Stinger car device is designed to save lives in the event of a car accident.
At first glance, the Stinger looks very unassuming–like any regular USB charger with two ports. The trick: In an emergency, the device can deliver a targeted blow with a metal tip that shatters safety glass. This could allow the victim to quickly escape through the windshield, such as when the car falls into water and the doors won’t open.
On the top of the Stinger, there’s also a sharp blade that can cut through seat belts. To ensure it’s not only useful in emergencies, it can also be used as a charger for smartphones.
Knife, charger, and emergency hammer–the Ztylus Stinger is three products in one.
The manufacturer charges approximately 22 euros for the Stinger in its online shop–shipping costs not included.
