New OOONO Speed Camera Alert Device Features Display and Locates Cheap Gas Stations

A round OOONO device is mounted on the passenger side of a dashboard. The display shows a speed camera warning with a speed limit sign of 80 km/h and a distance indication of 400 meters. To the left, part of the infotainment screen is visible.

OOONO introduces the next generation of its traffic assistant. The CO-DRIVER NO3 now features a display for the first time and takes on additional tasks while driving.

The most important innovation of the CO-DRIVER NO3 is the so-called “Focus Display.” It shows mobile and fixed speed cameras, red light cameras, section controls, construction sites, accidents, traffic jams, and obstacles. During a speed check, the stored speed limit also appears. A distance indicator counts down as the vehicle approaches the reported location.

If there is no warning, the display remains dark. A proximity sensor activates the display when a hand approaches the device. Alerts can be confirmed or dismissed via the clickable display. New hazards can also be reported. According to OOONO, it relies on real-time reports from more than five million users. This is supplemented by data from Cyclops and analyses from its own data team.

The NO3 also searches for cheap gas stations

With the new model, OOONO expands its functionality beyond traffic warnings. The CO-DRIVER NO3 can display cheap gas stations in the vicinity. Fuel type, search radius, and preferred navigation app are set in the OOONO app beforehand. The route to the selected gas station can then be transferred via Apple CarPlay or Android Auto. No additional subscription is required for this function.

A digital logbook is also integrated. Routes are automatically recorded and can be categorized as business trips, private trips, or commutes via the display. The data can then be exported as PDF, Excel, or CSV files, among others. The logbook is included for three months, after which a paid subscription is required for continued use.

The new OOONO launches at the end of October 2026

The CO-DRIVER NO3 is housed in an anodized aluminum case and measures 59 millimeters in diameter with a thickness of 18.4 millimeters. It weighs 64 grams. The built-in battery has a capacity of 600 milliampere-hours and, according to OOONO, can last up to a month on a single charge. Charging is done via USB-C, with the manufacturer stating a charging time of about 90 minutes.

To use the device, at least Android 12 or iOS 18.1 and the OOONO app version 6.0.0 are required. The CO-DRIVER NO3 will be available on October 28, 2026. The suggested retail price is 99.95 euros.
